摘 要
近几年,随着国民经济的发展和生鲜电商平台的崛起,人们对食品品质和安全的关注度大幅度提升,这导致我国冷链物流行业迅猛发展,市场规模急速扩大,仓储作为冷链物流的关键环节,它的发展前景也是不可估量的。但我国正式发展冷链仓储的时间不长,对这一方面的研究并不深入,也没有形成较为完善的冷链仓储体系,因此我国的冷链仓储还存在着诸多问题。
本文以顺丰速运冷链物流仓储系统为研究对象,通过SWOT分析法对顺丰速运冷链仓储的发展现状进行分析,从而了解到顺丰速运发展冷链仓储的优劣势以及在发展中可能遇到的机遇和威胁,通过总结得出目前顺丰速运冷链仓储系统存在的问题主要体现在作业流程、资源配置和货位管理这三个方面。
本文先对这三个方面存在的具体问题进行了定性分析,发现顺丰速运冷链仓储存在作业效率低下、自动化程度低、温湿度监管不够、设施设备落后、缺少先进的冷链仓储技术、专业人才匮乏和货位分配不合理等问题。针对以上问题分别提出优化建议:在作业流程方面,可以引进先进的自动化设备,提高信息化、智能化水平,实时监控冷库的温湿度,定期或不定期检查冷库设备和食品安全;在资源配置方面,利用模糊综合评价法对冷库资源进行综合评价,根据评价相应地加强设施设备建设,提高冷链仓储技术水平,强化专业人才培养和储备;在货位优化上,采用EIQ-ABC分析法对冷库内的货物进行分类管理,根据出货量、出货频率、货物体积和需求周期对货位进行分配和优化。
通过实施优化方案,顺丰速运冷链物流仓储系统的运营效率和食品损耗可以得到一定的改善。另外,还可以降低仓储成本,提高冷库的自动化、信息化水平,减少空间浪费,使得顺丰速运的冷链仓储进一步向现代化的方向发展。

Research on the Optimization of Cold Chain Logistics Warehousing System of SF EXPRESS
Abstract
In recent years, with the development of the national economy and the rise of fresh e-commerce platforms, people are more concerned about the quality and safety of food. This has led to the rapid development of China"s cold-chain logistics industry and the rapid expansion of market size. As the key link of cold chain logistics, storage has an inestimable development prospect. However, the time for the formal development of China’s cold chain storage is not long, the study on this aspect is not in-depth, and there is no well-established cold chain storage system. Therefore, there are still many problems in China"s cold chain storage.
This article takes the cold chain logistics warehousing system of SF Express as the research object, and analyzes the development status of the SF Express cold chain storage through the SWOT analysis method, so as to understand the advantages and disadvantages of SF Express"s development of cold chain storage and the opportunities and threats it may encounter during its development. Through summing up,it can be concluded that the existing problems in the SF Express cold chain warehousing system are mainly reflected in the three aspects of the operation process, resource allocation and location management. This article first analyzes the specific problems in these three areas and finds that SF Express cold chain storage has low operating efficiency, low automation, insufficient temperature and humidity supervision, backward facilities, and lack of advanced cold-chain storage technology and professionals, it also has irrational allocation of goods and other issues. For the above issues, the following suggestions are put forward: In the aspect of work flow, advanced automation equipment can be introduced to increase the level of information and intelligence, monitor the temperature and humidity of the cold storage in real time, and regularly or irregularly check the cold storage equipment; In terms of configuration, the comprehensive assessment of cold storage resources is conducted using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the evaluation, facilities and equipment construction is correspondingly enhanced, the cold chain storage technology is improved, and the training and reserve of specialized personnel are strengthened. In terms of location optimization, we use the EIQ-ABC analysis method to classify and manage goods in cold storage, according to shipments, frequency of shipments, cargo volume, and demand cycle allocate and optimize the location.
By implementing the optimization plan, the operational efficiency and food consumption of the SF Express cold chain logistics warehousing system can be improved to some extent. Besides, it can also reduce storage costs, improve the level of automation and informationization of cold storage, reduce the waste of cold storage space, and make SF Express cold chain storage further develop in the direction of modernization.
