某服装厂库存控制问题实证研究

摘 要

经济全球化不断发展，库存问题不断得到重视，库存控制理念也不断深入人心，公司管理层也不断的意识到了在如今这个竞争日益激烈的市场中，仅仅靠改进生产技术来提高企业的竞争力已经是不够的了，特别是服装行业，本身利润空间小，又受到季节性，周期性等因素的制约，而库存又占用了大部分的流动资金，所以解决库存问题迫在眉睫。科学合理的库存可以降低企业成本，增加利润，提高企业的竞争力，合理有效的采用库存控制的方法则可以有效控制企业的库存。

本文以某服装企业为研究对象，以库存的相关的理论知识为基础，对某服装企业的采购情况进行了分析，对库存进行了盘点，发现该服装企业在物料库存控制上主要存在的问题是物料种类繁多，而企业对这方面又没有做出很好的处理，物料分类方法简单，没有系统的方法，对于一些关键的物料没有进行有效的控制，物料没有制定合理的采购周期，造成了库存占用流动资金的状况严重，库存成本居高不下。

针对某服装企业存在的库存控制方面的问题，主要采用了ABC分类法、定量订货法与定期订货法相结合对该企业的库存进行了分析研究。将企业库存中物料分为ABC三类，对其采取不同的订货策略，A类物料采用定量订货法，B类、C类采用定期订货法，将定量订货与定期订货两者结合使用，更好的控制库存，降低了企业的成本，提高企业的效益。

基于对某服装企业的物料库存控制的分析与研究，得出其在物料库存上所存在的问题，采用定性分析也定量分析相结合的方法，制定出了适合该公司的库存控制上的优化措施，对该公司降低库存成本，增加盈利，提高市场竞争力起到积极作用。

Abstract

Attention to the development of economic globalization, the inventory problem constantly, inventory control concept also unceasingly thorough popular feeling, the company management has been realized in today"s increasingly competitive market, only by improving production technology to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises is not enough, especially in garment industry, itself profit space is little, and affected by seasonal and cyclical factors such as constraints, and inventory takes up most of the cash flow, so solve the problem of inventory is imminent.Scientific and reasonable inventory can reduce the enterprise cost, increase profits, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, and a reasonable and effective use of inventory control method can effectively control the inventory.

Based on some clothing enterprise as the research object, on the basis of inventory related theory knowledge, analyzes some clothing enterprise procurement situation, has carried on the inventory to inventory, found that the clothing enterprise in the material inventory control is the main problems existing in the material, and enterprises in this respect has not made good processing, material classification method is simple, there is no systematic method, for some of the key materials for effective control, material not formulate a reasonable purchasing cycle, caused the inventory occupied liquidity is in serious condition, high inventory cost.

Aiming at the existence of some clothing enterprise inventory control problems, mainly adopts the method of ABC classification, quantitative order with regular orders method this paper studies the inventory of the enterprise.Enterprise inventory materials can be divided into ABC three categories, to different ordering strategy, class A material using the method of quantitative order, class B and class C by using regular orders, quantitative order with regular orders, used in conjunction with better control inventory, reduce the cost of enterprise, improve the efficiency of enterprises.

Based on the materials of some clothing enterprise inventory control, analysis and research, it is concluded that the material stock on the existing problems, and by adopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, which is suitable for the company to develop a inventory control optimization measures, for the company to reduce inventory costs, increase profits, increase market competitiveness.

很多的公司都在寻求以实现最低的成本来获取更多的利润，而库存控制是其中一个突破点，企业管理者都意识到了这一点，开始对库存控制理念重视起来。但是要对库存进行很好的控制对于管理者来说是一大难题，一方面服装这个行业受到季节性的影响比较大，容易造成库存积压，降价出售又会影响利润，而且现在的消费水平提高，消费者对服装的要求也越来越高，他们追求个性化、多样化，这就对传统的市场造成了一定的冲击，也会对库存形成影响。另一方面，中小型的服装企业没有制定一套完整有效的采购战略，对于需求没有很好的把握，采购量过大会导致物料和产成品的积压，这就占用公司流动资金，导致资金周转率降低，采购量过少就会造成相应的缺货损失。
