摘 要

当今市场竞争日益激烈，任何企业都要开辟出一条不但能保证企业的生存发展，而且还能保证竞争优势的一条出路。在这种情景下，很多企业选择了将自己的物流业务进行外包的运作方式，以降低企业的人力物力，提高企业的利润。但是物流外包要保证企业和第三方物流公司之间相互合作协调，在外包的过程中就会产生一些问题，会给合作双方带来相应的损失。通过对本文的研究，可以了解物流外包的定义、现状、企业在选择物流外包对象时存在的问题及小天鹅企业物流外包存在的问题和解决方法，减少企业物流外包过程中的问题。

本文首先展开介绍了物流外包的定义，研究的意义，指出了物流外包的风险；分析了我国企业物流外包的现状及企业在外包过程中选择物流公司时的问题；接着阐述了小天鹅企业物流外包过程中存在的问题；最后根据全文的分析对企业物流外包过程中产生的问题给出相应的建议。

The empirical study of enterprise logistics outsourcing

Abstract

In today"s increasingly competitive market, any enterprise to open up a can not only guarantee the enterprise"s survival and development, but also can ensure the competitive advantage of a way out. Under this situation, many companies choose to outsource their logistics business to the works, in order to reduce the enterprise"s resources, improve the profit of enterprises. But the logistics outsourcing to ensure that the cooperation between enterprises and third-party logistics company to coordinate, in the process of outsourcing can produce some problems, can bring the corresponding losses to partners. Through the study of this article, we can understand the definition of logistics outsourcing, the present situation, the problems existing in the enterprise when choosing logistics outsourcing object and little swan enterprise logistics outsourcing and solve the problems existing in the method, to reduce the problems in the process of enterprise logistics outsourcing.

第一章 绪 论

1.1研究背景

伴随社会经济大环境的改变，各行各业之间的竞争也逐渐激烈。企业不但要有标新立异的产品，改进运营方法，还要适应随之万变的市场情况。总而言之，企业所经营的业务想在市场上保持长期的竞争优势还需要从长而计。在这种社会背景下，企业将非首要业务以外包的方式给专业的物流公司已成为一种趋势。

物流外包是外包的一种形式，逐渐地成为全国各地大型企业所采取的一种运行经营战略的模式。根据北美洲某权威机构对近700家知名企业的的调查，选择物流外包业务的有79%以上；在欧洲，则有68%的企业采取将物流外包给第三方物流服务商；在日本，采取物流外包方式的达到了80%，而中国还不到50%，综上所述，可以得出很多发达国家采取了物流外包的运营模式，而相对于中国这种发展中国家还在摸索阶段。

1.2研究意义

在上述背景下，生产制造业选择物流外包首先要考虑的问题就是在外包过程中存在的问题。而国内的第三方物流市场还没有明确的体制，尚未规范。很多企业难以与物流公司之间及时的沟通，外包时常存在着不确定性，我国企业对正确实施物流外包策略，避免物流外包过程存在的问题，让物流外包策略有利于企业的发展这一系列的问题还比较模糊，许多国内企业还不能完全掌握。所以更多的企业宁愿选择企业自身承担物流业务，也不愿意接受物流外包，这不但影响了企业的核心业务，而且还大大增加物流成本。
