家电行业逆向物流问题实证研究

摘 要

随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,电视、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器等家用电器迅速普及起来,并逐渐成为了人们生活中的必需品。而为了吸引顾客,满足消费者们各种各样的胃口,家电产品的更新换代速度也在不断加快,样式不断翻新,功能更为全面。人们享受着家电产品为自己生活带来的巨大便利,而与此同时却有大量被淘汰下来的老旧家电产品成了电子垃圾,污染人们的生存环境。

人们对于家电产品的需求更高了,家电制造者们也努力研发出更智能和人性化的家电产品以满足消费者们的各项需求,家电产品的更新速度日新月异,于是便导致家电行业中有了大量的废旧家电被淘汰。这一现象的产生引起了公众的关注,从而逆向物流便形成了。

逆向物流指的就是把这些被人们所抛弃的废旧家电进行回收、处理,是家电制造者们通过物流模式将已售出的家电运送回厂的一个过程。这些返厂的家电产品有的是出现了机器故障,有的已经到了国家规定家电产品的使用年限,有的已经不符合当前国家对家电产品的硬性要求等。退回厂家的家电产品会进行维修、折价变卖或者是报废处理。

社会在飞快的发展,而消费者的需求越来越高。家电制造者们更用心于售后服务,发展逆向物流成为家电制造者们获取消费者青睐的一大课题。逆向物流是在整个产品生命周期中对产品和物资的完整的、有效的和高效的利用过程的协调,尤其是在当今这个电子商务发展迅猛的环境下,公众越来越重视逆向物流,逆向物流已悄然成为各个家电制造企业在电子商务环境下的一项竞争环节。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China"s economy and the continuous improvement of people"s living standards, TV, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters and other household appliances quickly popularized, and gradually become a necessity in people"s lives. In order to attract customers to meet the various appetites of consumers, home appliances replacement rate is also accelerating, the style of continuous renovation, more comprehensive features. People enjoy the home appliances for their own lives brought great convenience, but at the same time there are a large number of old appliances have been eliminated from the old household appliances into electronic waste, polluting people"s living environment.

People demand for home appliances higher, and home appliance manufacturers are also trying to develop a more intelligent and user-friendly home appliances to meet the needs of consumers, home appliances update the pace of ever-changing, so the home appliance industry will lead to A lot of waste home appliances were eliminated. The emergence of this phenomenon has aroused public concern, so that reverse logistics will be formed.
Reverse logistics refers to these abandoned by the abandoned home appliances for recycling, processing, home appliance manufacturers through the logistics model will be sold to the factory back to the factory a process. Some of these home appliances have returned to the home appliance products are some of the machine failure, and some have been to the state of the use of home appliances products, and some have not meet the current national requirements of home appliances and other hard. 1.1研究背景

企业要想长久的生存,最重要的便是开源和节流两个方面。而在节流这上面,开始有越来越多的企业把目光聚焦在节约资源和降低人力成本两块上。说得具体点就是,通过依靠节约资源来获取更高的利润、依靠发展科学技术来降低耗材和依靠提高劳动生产力来降低人力成本。可是企业渐渐发现,生产中产生的利润逐渐偏向于饱和,从生产中能获取的利润越来越少,所以人们开始将目光看向了流通领域,希望降低物流成本来获取更多的利润,而在思考这一问题的过程中,物流管理应运而生。
