大润发超市生鲜农产品物流配送模式研究

摘 要

生鲜农产品是居民日常生活的必需品，具备交易频繁、易变质、存储条件严格等特点。由于现阶段的物流技术落后，在运输和存储环节保鲜技术低，造成大量的农产品腐烂变质，这不仅仅危害商家的利益，也造成很多食品安全隐患，降低了人们的生活水平和生活质量。我国是农业生产大国，农产品经济的发展水平制约着整个社会经济的发展水平，提高生鲜农产品物流配送管理技术，降低流通过程中的损耗和运输成本，是推动农业经济发展的关键问题。本文以连锁超市为主导企业构建生鲜农产品配送体系，通过对物流配送体系的优化，实现整个体系的规范化、标准化发展，对提高生鲜农产品的流通质量和效率，推动中国现代农业的快速健康发展，有着重要意义。

分析国内外对生鲜农产品配送及配送优化问题的研究状况，在此基础上综合现有研究的不足提出本文的研究思路，首先以大型连锁超市为主导企业，构建由户到连锁超市到最终消费者的生鲜农产品物流配送体系并对体系中的组成成员关系进行分析，然后借鉴国内外现有的生鲜农产品配送模式，提出连锁超市选择配送模式的决策方法；其次，对整个配送体系的关键环节进行优化，包括配送中心选址优化、配送路径优化、库存控制优化；最后，依据配送体系的优化方法和模型，设计了生鲜农产品的配送系统。基于对物流配送系统初步探究，对生鲜农产品配送系统模型进行单机功能的系统设计，期望通过仿真获得满意的物流配送方案和系统平稳运行的有效参数，进一步优化生鲜农产品配送体系，辅助物流决策。

Abstract

Fresh agricultural products are necessities of daily life, have the characteristics of frequent, easy modification, storage conditions and so on. Because of the low quality of agricultural products, which is not only harmful to people"s living standards and quality of life, but also a key issue to promote agricultural economic development. It is not only a lot of food safety problems, but also a key issue to promote agricultural economic development. This paper takes the chain supermarket as the leading enterprise to construct the fresh agricultural product distribution system. Through the optimization of the whole system, realize the standardization of the whole system, the standard development, to improve the quality and efficiency of fresh agricultural products, promote the rapid and healthy development of China"s modern agriculture, it is of great significance.

Based on the analysis of the existing problems, this paper analyzes the problems of domestic and foreign agricultural products distribution and distribution, and puts forward the model of the distribution system. Secondly, the key link of the whole distribution system is optimized, which includes distribution center location optimization, distribution route optimization, inventory control optimization. Based on the preliminary research of the logistics distribution system, the distribution system of fresh agricultural product distribution system is designed. The system is designed to obtain satisfactory logistics distribution scheme and system smoothly.
