摘 要

我国的物流行业正处于高速发展的阶段，物流市场中的竞争也愈演愈烈，不过未来的物流企业的趋势必定是信息化占主导作用，中小型物流企业想要在众多的国外物流企业以及国内大中型物流企业的竞争中取得优势或得以发展的话，本文认为只有建立完善的物流信息系统才能更好的应对这些严峻的问题，并得以生存。

本文首先阐述了国内外中小型物流企业物流信息系统应用发展中存在的问题，并且就中小物流企业物流信息系统如何建设给出了建议和实行方案，对已经拥有的信息系统进行定期的维护和更新，随着企业的发展，及时的完善自己的物流信息系统，并且对未来中小物流企业的信息系统建设提出展望和建议。

本文中我选择了一家南京市的中小型物流企业作为案例，晟邦物流公司是南京的一家中小型物流公司，通过调研，了解晟邦物流公司初期未建设物流信息系统时的发展状况，目前公司的信息化现状、已建设完成的物流信息系统为公司的发展带来的利益，以及公司未来想要建设的物流信息化系统、准备何时建设完成，以及在建设过程中遵循哪些原则。

中小物流企业发展的根本就是要应用物流信息系统，中小物流企业想要在竞争日益剧烈的物流行业市场中得到发展和生存，必须要通过建设物流信息系统来进行应对，只有这样才能避免大中型物流企业的冲击。希望本文可以为中小物流企业物流信息系统应用的建设提供一些帮助。

Study on The Application of Logistics Information System in Small and Medium-Sized Logistics Enterprises

Abstract

China"s logistics industry is in a stage of rapid development, the logistics market competition has intensified, but the future trend of logistics enterprises must be the dominant role of information technology, small and medium sized logistics companies want the large number of foreign as well as domestic and medium-sized logistics enterprises logistics enterprises in the competition to gain advantage or to develop, then, this paper argues that only the establishment of comprehensive logistics information system in order to better address these critical issues and to survive.

This paper describes the domestic and foreign small and medium sized logistics enterprise logistics information system application development problems and on small and medium logistics enterprise logistics information system gives advice on how to build and implement programs for information systems already have regular maintenance and updates With the development of enterprises, improve the timeliness of their own logistics information system, and put forward the prospects and proposals for future information system of small and medium logistics enterprises.

In this paper, I chose a small and medium sized logistics enterprises in Nanjing as a case, Sheng state logistics company is a small and medium sized logistics company in Nanjing, through research, to understand the development situation is not the construction of logistics information systems early Sheng state logistics company, the company Status information technology, has completed construction of logistics information systems for the company"s development benefits, as well as the company"s logistics information system want to build the future, ready when construction is completed, and what principles to follow in the construction process.

Small and medium enterprise development, logistics is simply to apply the logistics information systems, small and medium logistics companies want to develop and survive in an increasingly competitive market in the logistics industry, it must be through the construction of logistics information system to deal with, the only way to avoid the medium-sized logistics business impact. I hope this can be for small and medium logistics enterprise logistics information system construction to provide some help.

1.1 研究背景和意义

在当今的信息化占主导地位，大数据迅速发展的信息化时代，物流企业要想进一步的发展和扩大，必须将信息化建设作为企业的核心业务，信息化建设是发展的重要趋势。不过，新兴物流行业中的大多数的中小物流企业在信息系统应用建设的过程中，因为资金、经验以及整个行业大环境的影响，所以并不能及时的建设有效的信息系统，因此中小物流企业的发展也遇到了瓶颈。中小物流企业要想发展并且在整个物流行业中获得一席之位，就一定要重视物流信息系统在企业运营和发展中的重要地位和作用。

中小型物流企业要想发展，一定要建设有效的物流信息系统，因为物流信息系统的应用能够提高企业日常物流活动的有效性、透明性，并且在信息透明的情况和有效传递、反馈下，中小物流企业可以根据信息的反馈进行有计划的组织和协调工作，从而达到物流运动的合理性，可以使中小物流企业的物流活动能够达到最大的经济效应。
