摘 要

随着市场经济的全球化，商业企业的竞争日趋激烈，库存管理在商业性企业中占有重要地位，库存控制的好坏将直接影响到企业的竞争力和盈利状况，伴随着社会经济环境的变化和科学技术的发展，库存管理的方法也在不断变化创新。本文主要通过二级库存管理以及ABC分类法来合理控制库存，寻求解决城市生活库存问题的策略。

首先，通过查阅资料，了解国内国外相关类似企业库存现状、出现的问题以及针对这些问题所做出的应对策略，揭示出库存管理在企业中的必要性；其次，就城市生活而言，掌握库存现状，分析现有的库存管理中存在的问题，结合其他类似企业的解决方案和自身企业的实际情况，找到相对应的措施；最后，采用二级库存管理和ABC分类法，针对产品特点进行分类，并建立销售预测和库存控制模型，为城市生活提供最佳库存。

通过分析，此方法可有效减少城市生活信息不畅现象；保持客户满意度的同时减少了库存。

Inventory Management Rationalization Study of CITYLIFE

Abstract

With the globalization of the market economy, the business enterprise competition becomes increasingly fierce. The inventory management plays an important role in the commercial enterprise, inventory control will directly affect the quality of enterprise competitiveness and profitability, along with the change of the social economic environment and the development of scientific technology. The method of the inventory management is also changing innovation. This paper mainly through two levels of inventory management and the ABC classification to the reasonable control of inventory, seek to solve the problem of city life inventory strategy.

Firstly, through access to information, understand the domestic and foreign relevant similar enterprise inventory status, problems and coping strategies are made to solve these problems, reveals the necessity in the enterprise inventory management; Secondly, grasp the inventory status of CITYLIFE, analyzes the existing problems in the existing inventory management, combined with the actual situation of their own enterprises and other similar enterprise solution, find the corresponding measures; Finally, using two levels of inventory management and the ABC classification, classified according to product characteristics, and establishes the model of forecasting and inventory control products, providing the best inventory for CITYLIFE.

Through the analysis, this system can effectively reduce the CITYLIFE of poor information phenomenon; the way can maintain customer satisfaction while reducing inventory.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景及意义

随着信息技术的发展和全球经济一体化的推进，商业性企业之间的竞争变得也越来越复杂，面对日益激烈的商业竞争，除了要提高客户的满意度和忠诚度，使自己在市场中变得更有竞争力，此外，使库存量经常保持在合理的水平也是至关重要的，在于库存能够缓解供给与需求之间的矛盾。从另一种含义上来说库存就是成本。

库存管理作为现代物流管理的重要组成部分，在企业经营决策中是不容忽视的，而在商业性企业运营管理中更是不可避免的一部分，库存成本在企业总成本中占据的比例也相当大，因此库存管理效率的高低直接影响着商业性企业的利润。近年来学术界对库存管理做了大量研究，学者们指出从供应链的角度作出战略决策，将追求单个企业的库存最优转向在整个供应链上寻找库存最优。但在实践操作中，大多数企业并没有做到这点，可以说理论和现实没有得到很好的结合，库存管理水平仍然较低，其表现为企业的库存管理比较粗放、简单，很少采用先进的库存管理方法和技术，库存费用也一直居高不下。
