中小型物流企业运输信息化建设研究

摘 要

改革开放三十年来，中国经济高速发展，我们国家物流行业也取得了长足进步。物流运输信息化建设是物流行业未来重要的发展前景与方向，这对于处于市场劣势的中小型物流企业来说更是如此。

为了加快中小型物流企业运输信息化建设的速度，本文最先介绍国内外对于中小型物流企业运输信息化建设方面已做出的相关研究，接着介绍了中小型物流企业的定义和特点以及我国物流运输信息化的建设现状。通过对国内外中小型物流企业运输信息化建设的现状进行比较，得出我国中小物流企业运输信息化在企业规模和信息化投入资源、信息化基础、专业人才培养等方面存在的问题。然后从物流标准和体系的建立、现代物流运输观念的树立和专业人才的培养、信息技术的应用这三个方面提出解决问题的有效途径。

本文通过对郑州万象货运有限公司中出现的问题进行研究，并提出解决方法，为中小型物流企业运输信息化建设提供有价值的参考意见，以此来促进中小型物流企业运输信息化的发展和建设。

Abstract

With three decades of reform and opening-speed development of Chinese economy,China"s logistics industry has made long-term progress.Logistics information technology is important to the future development prospects and the direction of the logistics industry,which is a disadvantage in the market especially for small and medium sized logistics enterprises.

To speed up the transport of small and medium logistics enterprise information construction speed, the paper first describes the research for small and medium sized logistics enterprises at home and abroad transportation information construction have been made, and then introduced the small and medium sized logistics enterprises as well as the definition and characteristics of logistics transportation construction Status information technology. Through the present situation of small and medium sized logistics enterprises in the construction of transport information for comparison, the transport of small and medium logistics enterprise information technology and information technology in the enterprise-scale investment in resources, there is the foundation of information technology, professional training and other issues. And from training standards and the establishment of logistics systems, modern logistics and transport Notion and professionals, the application of these three aspects of information technology an effective way to solve the problem raised.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

我国物流业在二十世纪八十年代起步，九十年代开始发展，现在已经取得了不少进步。由国家发展和改革委员会经济运行局、中国物流与采购联合会、国家统计局贸易进出口统计司联合举办的全国重点物流企业所进行的调查报告显示，当前，各种类型的物流企业在我们国家的数量已经超过10000000家，物流企业中大多数是中小型企业，大概估算的话，中小型物流企业的比例占物流企业的百分之九十五。目前我国上千万家中小型企业中，在中国，仅有百分之39的中小型物流企业采用整套物流信息系统，且长途通讯能力不高，各种能力不齐全，系统还缺少必须的决策能力。但是，从我国经济发展的环境来看，比较特殊，对于国外大型物流企业已经建设成功的信息化经验，我们国家的中小物流企业既无法完全应用，对于国外物流企业信息化建设的想法和要领，也无法全部复制。所以，我国中小型物流企业要怎样提高自己的竞争优势，目前中小型物流企业考虑的难点和重点是如何利用物流信息化的理念加速物流企业的扩大。

1.2 研究的意义

中小型物流企业作为物流业的主要中坚力量，现在，我国物流行业，有超过百分之95的是中小型物流企业，已经成为我国经济能够快速发展的强大动力。通过快速完成自身的信息化，使处于急速发展期的中小型物流企业可以适应物流市场快速转变的需求，可以辅助企业进行有效率有秩序的决策和管理。在物流的各个步骤中，仓储和运输是两个重要部分，特别是运输，在物流环节中占有重要的地位。它尽管不产生新的物质产物，但却能完成物品在时间上的移动或空间上的移动，缔造时间和位移价值，能够说，运输作为物流最必要的升值环节。通过对当前我们国家中小型物流企业运输有关课题的研究，探寻物流运输信息化，对于弥补我们国家目前中小型物流企业运输过程中信息化的不足，进而提升物流运输效率，来促进我国中小型物流运输的发展。
