Abstract: The issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has always been the object of the party and the government, and has repeatedly become the "No. 1 document". The development and take-off of the rural economy have an irreplaceable effect on the development of the national economy. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current popular business model, study the successful experience, combined with China's reality, For the development of rural electricity providers to put forward countermeasures Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the model of rural e-commerce, combined with the current popular problems, the current situation of China's rural electricity business development and favorable factors to be analyzed, the most mainstream domestic Taobao rural electric business model and Jingdong model for comparative analysis, and finally give their own countermeasures: vigorously develop the localization of electricity, the government to strengthen infrastructure, pay attention to personnel training. Hope that some of their own proposals for China's rural e-commerce development of a force.

1.1研究背景及意义

1.1.1研究背景

我国农业发展有很长的历史,很多年以来都以农业为基础,农村人口占有巨大比重,所以相对的,农村地区经济的发展对带动整个国民经济向前发展具有不可代替的作用。农业的发展、农村的振兴以及农民的利益一直是党和政府工作的重点。国务院在2015年11月发布了《关于促进农村电子商务加快发展的指导意见》,这一指导意见可以说为农村电商的快速发展奠定了政策上的基础。随着我国经济的快速腾飞和文化教育的不断普及,农村的经济和教育水平也有了一个大的进步,农村电商也顺应潮流,发展迅猛,成为新农村建设不可或缺的推动力。

农村地区由于基础条件落后,交通不便利,村民的知识文化水平较低等因素,一直以来经济水平和城镇有较大差距,政府在近几年大力推进农村经济的转型与升级,向集约化的经营模式转变,而农村电子是顺应这一潮流的,借助电商的发展,农村道路,网络建设,文化教育,相关立法等方面都会借此际遇迎来快速发展,相信农村电商一定会推动农村经济快速健康的向前发展。
