摘 要

：物流业现在已经成为我国新兴的并且在快速发展的行业，物流，这两个字的定义已经从最早期的简单的运输逐渐发展成为到如今的包含多个方面，与许多行业结合在一起发展的综合性行业。物流这个行业已经成为国民经济发展的一个重要组成部分，从宏观的层面来讲，物流是国民经济的重要构成部分之一；从微观层面看，其地位也已经从传统的企业内部管理延伸到供应链的管理，从传统的对单个企业的竞争实力的加强演变到了对整个供应链的竞争实力的增强；但是从技术层面看，现代物流与供应链管理依然面临着许多新的管理问题与理论如何实践的问题。

仓储作为物流链中十分重要的一个环节，已经不仅仅是从前的简单的保管功能，现代物流的仓储不是一个静态的结果，更像是一个过程的存在，包括了运用现代技术对物品的出入库、库存、分拣、包装、配送进行改进，以及对其进度的信息进行有效的计划、执行和控制的物流活动，仓储已经不再是简单的表达存放物品的意思了。然而，国内的仓储管理虽然较以前有了较大发展，但依旧存在缺陷与不足之处，仓储的各个流程也存在着许多不规范、不完善之处。

本文以南京A子公司为例，进行仓储管理分析与优化，主要进行以下几项工作：（1）分析国内物流企业仓储的现状，探寻其优势与劣势。（2）和外来企业的对比，分析国内物流行业的优势与不足之处，尤其仓储方面。（3）以A公司为背景，分析其仓储现状。（4）具体至A子公司某仓库为例，分析该仓库具体操作流程，描述其仓储运输活动现状，挖掘其中的问题，进行分析，并进行改进。（5）引入EDI条码技术，并和仓库人员绩效管理相结合。

Research on Logistics actuality and storage optimization of A sub company in Nanjing

Abstract

The logistics industry has now become China's emerging and in the rapid development of industry, logistics, the definition of these two words has from the early simple transportation gradually developed into today contains many aspects, and the industry combines in together with the development of the industry. The logistics industry has become an important part of national economic development, from the macro perspective, logistics is one of the important part of the national economy;from the micro level, the position has from the traditional enterprise internal management extends to supply chain management, from traditional to a single enterprise competition strength enhancing evolution to the enhancement of the competitive power of the whole supply chain; but from the technical level, modern logistics and supply chain management still faces how many new management theory and practice problems.

Storage as a link in the logistics chain is very important. It is not only the past simple storage function, the modern logistics warehousing is a process, including the use of modern technology on the items of the import, storage, sorting, packaging, distribution and information for effective planning, implementation and control of logistics activities, storage is no longer simple "store items". However, the domestic warehouse management, although the past has a greater development, but there are still defects and shortcomings, warehousing of the various processes are also there are many imperfections, imperfections.

This paper takes Nanjing A subsidiary company as an example, carries on the warehouse management analysis and optimization, mainly carries on the following several work: (1) the analysis domestic logistics enterprise warehousing present situation, explores its superiority and the inferiority. (2) contrast with the foreign enterprise, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of domestic logistics industry, especially storage. (3) A company as the background, analysis of its warehousing

(4) a warehouse of A sub company is an example, analyzing the operation flow of the warehouse, describing the status of storage transportation activity, and analyzing the problem, and improving it. (5) the introduction of EDI barcode technology, and warehouse staff performance management.

中国的经济近年来得到了相当快速的发展、人民生活水平也在不断提高，随之一起而来的是物流行业也在快速地发展，物流，已经不仅仅是简单的货物运输，伴随着物流行业的发展壮大，对物流进行信息化管理并结合现代供应链管理模式，实现信息及时得到传递和共享，仓储作为物流链中日渐重要的一个环节，从过去的简单存储发展到现今的多流程、多技术的仓储，其改变相当大。如何降低仓储成本，提高仓储环节运作效率，这对于企业提高工作效率和降低运营成本具有重要意义，利用新型仓储管理模式使仓储系统更高效地运转起来为企业服务，使企业资源得到最有效的利用。
