摘 要

我国的水路运输是我国重要的运输方式，长江干线航运的运货量占据全国水路货运量的三分之一以上，并且每年长江干线航运的运货量不断增加，运输市场的规模日益壮大，长江航线的政府主管部门和与长江运输市场相关的企业对长江运输价格指数的需求也日益激增，本文根据以上背景，根据拉氏指数方法编制长江运输价格指数，并通实证分析验证了长江运输价格指数体系的有效性，对结果进行了分析。

本文首先阐述了选题的背景和意义，对我国现有的针对于价格指数编制的研究结果进行了整理，并且对本能在后续研究过程中的具体研究内容和确定的总体技术路线作出了说明。其次，对研究过程中所涉及到的如运输价格指数的概念和有关于运输价格的计算方法做出了阐述，最后在此基础上，对简单指数法、加权平均指数法以及加权综合指数法作出分析。接着设计了长江运输价格指数体系，将长江运输价格指数按照分类指数的方式分为货物、时间、航线三类，选择加权综合指数中的拉氏指数作为编制长江运输价格指数的计算方式，根据相应的原则选择了验证长江运输价格体系的样本路线，基期和权数，结合长江运输价格指数体系构建长江运输价格指数模型，并把验证算出的结果与波罗的海干散货运输价格指数和中国沿海指数进行Spearman 相关性分析及趋势对比，验证了长江运输价格指数体系的有效性和合理性,并对结果进行了分析。

Abstract

Waterway transportation is an important mode of transportation. The shipping volume of the Yangtze River trunk shipping accounts for more than one-third of the national waterway freight volume, and the annual shipping volume of the Yangtze River trunk shipping continues to increase, and the transportation market is growing. The demand for the Yangtze River Transportation Price Index by the government authorities of the route and the enterprises related to the Yangtze River transportation market is also increasing rapidly. Based on the above background, this paper compiled the Yangtze River transport price index according to the Rumsfeld index method, and verified the validity of the route index in the Yangtze River transport price index through empirical analysis.

This paper first expounds the background and significance of the topic selection, and summarizes the research status of the compilation and analysis of transportation price index, explains the research content and technical route of this paper, and then summarizes the transportation price index, including the concept of transportation price index. , classification and function, as well as the calculation method of transportation price index, analyzed the simple index method, weighted comprehensive index method and weighted average index method in statistical index theory. Then the Yangtze River transport price index system is designed. The Yangtze River transport price index is divided into three categories: goods, time and route according to the classification index. The Rumsfeld index in the weighted composite index is selected as the calculation method for compiling the Yangtze River transport price index. The principle of selecting the sample route, the base period and the weight of the Yangtze River transport price system, combined with the Yangtze River transport price index system to construct the Yangtze River transport price index model, and the results of the verification and the Baltic Dry Bulk Transport Price Index and the China Coastal Index Spearman correlation analysis and trend comparison verified the validity and rationality of the Yangtze River transport price index system and analyzed the results.

1.1.1研究背景

相比于公路运输和铁路运输来说，水路运输所具有的优势是极为突出的，水路运输对于环境较为友好且运输成本较低，运输容载量较大，并且在运输的过程中不会消耗大量的自然资源。长江是我国水路运输最为重要的路径，其在我国水路运输网络中所占据的地位是极其重要的，长江水运的运货量占全国总水运货量的三分之一以上，并位居全球内河运货量第一位，有着黄金水道之称。随着国家经济的发展，长江水运的运输量也逐年高速的发展，2009年至2018年长江水运的运货量从13.3亿吨增长至26.9亿吨。2009年至2018年长江水运的运货量及全国水运的运货量如图1-1所示。
