摘 要我国工业主要排尘源来自于水泥厂，在水泥工艺中，有很多道干燥作业工序，无论是破碎、烘干还是粉磨，均会产生大量粉尘，进而使粉尘排放具有扬尘点多，范围广、面积大的特点，长期接触粉尘会严重损坏人体健康。在水泥工艺流程中，总废气量的60%都来自于窑头和窑尾，窑尾在其中所占量为36%，窑尾烟气温度高含尘量大，所以对窑尾进行通风除尘系统设计是十分具有现实意义的，更有利于保护环境和人体健康。通过计算风量、阻力等因素，考虑系统中粉尘结构和特点，在窑端加设了3个排风罩，经由7根空气管道结合除尘器和通风机连接形成完整通风系统。主要利用阻力平衡法，即使用管路阻力计算方法，使支路和干路形成阻力均衡，以此设计出一套管路。计算粉尘量选择合适排风罩，通过水力计算设计管道，以管道阻力、流量和粉尘性
